Room types are not guaranteed since they are run of house rooms, so please leave a note in special requests. Also leave a note if there are more than 2 people per room, it will only let you add up to 2 people to a room. The hotel usually end up having the requested room types available and will accommodate as needed to ensure everyone has a great experience at The Brice. On the booking link, it will show a destination fee, but the hotel will take that off so our guests will not pay the additional per $30/night.
